Need a quick and healthy meal that is easy to make? This BBQ Beef Spoonovers recipe uses items most people have on hand and is super easy to get the kids involved!
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute ground beef with onion and green pepper until lightly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
