Easy as 1, 2, 3 Energy Bites


1 cup dry oatmeal

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips / chunks

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract 


Mix everything together. Shape mixture into golf size balls and freeze.Makes approximately 26-30 energy bites. Two Energy Bites make one serving.
