Lemon Garlic Dressing
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp Organic honey
3 cloves minced garlic
pepper to taste
Combine all these ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
4 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup grated carrots
½ cup sliced onions
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup slivered almonds
½ cup sliced mushrooms.
Mix all salad ingredients together and toss salad with dressing.
