1/2 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 turkey (or chicken) breasts cut into strips
3/4 cup organic or homemade dressing of choice
1 tsp oil
Preheat oven at 425F.
Combine the first six ingredients together in a plastic bag.
Dip turkey or chicken strips in dressing.
Place dipped strips into a plastic bag and shake to coat with crumb mixture. Place coated strips on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until strips are no longer pink inside.
